In the app
Open the menu (☰) on Home, then Send Feedback. It goes straight to the team, and our reply comes back as a notification and under Your Feedback.
Delete your account
Menu (☰) → Delete Account. Your requests, listings, photos, messages and feedback are removed, and Sign in with Apple access is revoked. See what is deleted.
Common questions
Why does Picko ask the seller things for me? Your agent asks only what the listing doesn't already say and what matters for your request, so you don't have to message anyone.
Is a price the agents agreed binding? No. You still decide, and you confirm with the seller at handoff.
Who sees my lowest price as a seller? Only your agent. It is never shown to buyers.
