Terms of Use

Picko is a beta. These terms keep it simple and fair for buyers and sellers.

Using Picko

• You must be 18 or older and able to make agreements where you live.
• Keep your account to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with it.
• Picko is in beta: features change, and things can break or be removed.

What agents do for you

• Your agent searches, asks sellers questions and may agree a price within the rules you or the seller set. An agreed price is not a binding sale: the buyer still decides, and both sides confirm at handoff.
• Agents can be wrong. Check what matters to you before paying or handing anything over.

Buying and selling

• Sales are between buyers and sellers. Picko is not a party to them, doesn't hold payments, and doesn't guarantee items, descriptions or that a sale happens.
• List only things you own and may sell. No illegal, stolen, dangerous or recalled items, weapons, drugs, or anything that breaks the law.
• Be honest in listings and answers, and meet in safe, public places.

Your content

You own what you post. You let Picko store, process and show it to run the service (for example, showing your listing to buyers and letting agents answer from it). You can delete it at any time.

Ending

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm others.

Liability

Picko is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Picko isn't liable for losses from transactions between users or from relying on an agent's output.
